The founder, Mr. Manish Sharma, is an engineer, technical designer, turned entrepreneur. He always had planned his career path since a very early age & while pursuing his secondary education, by choosing the subjects PCM which allows him to choose Mechanical engineering. He joined Rajasthan University for his degree in the same to get hands-on a very versatile field so as to pursue his passion for business development in the future.

His first job role allowed him to try his hands-on design but he soon changed the field to sales for a better understanding of channelizing sales which is a major aspect of any successful business. He draws his inspiration from some of the most remarkable names in businesses – Mr. Ratan Tata. Influenced by his take on creating an empire, Manish also has dreamt of creating an eco-system where everyone is benefitted working with his firms – vendors, employees, customers, clients, etc.
